The Right Fit – When you come to pieceful quilting we may seem to be asking a lot of questions. We want to fit you to the machine that will best suit your needs at a price you can be comfortable with. We sell both Bernina and BabyLock machines. Each has their stong points, but if that strong point is not important to YOU, it really doesn’t matter much. We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase and will support you in every way. |
Warranty -All of our machines come with a ONE YEAR warranty on parts and labor regardless of the manufacturers limited warranty. We suggest you have your machine cleaned before your first year is up to take advantage of a free cleaning. Our repairs are under warranty for 90 days.
Upgrade - We want you to LOVE your machine. If you choose to upgrade your machine within 6 months of purchase we will give you 100% of the price you paid toward the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price of an upgraded machine.

Guide Lessons – When you purchase a machine with us we strongly encourage you to take advantange of the free lessons available for your machine. We want you to understand and use ALL the functions on your new machine. And some machines have an enormous array of functions. |
